Pakistan is cornered. And she thinks India is to be blamed for the Commonwealth nations’ dalliance with the idea of suspending Pakistan from the group. The Commonwealth wants Pakistan out because of the ongoing Emergency there. The commonwealth fears that it has become a rogue nation. As our Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh left for Kampala, Uganda, on Thursday, November 22; India was rocked with terrorists’ blasts on the 23rd morning.
Issues of the greatest concern like global warming, fiscal policies, human rights violations and millennium developmental goals are also on the Commonwealth agenda. But, finally due to the roguery of Pakistan, terrorism and human rights’ violations will be the most important issues which will have to be addressed by our PM.
The Times of India further reports the 53-nations-consortium had earlier sent an ultimatum to Pakistan to remove emergency. Pakistan has now responded by pointing out that since she was getting ready for imminent polls, everything is going to be just fine.
The above is a gist of what is happening in the Commonwealth front. But we need to know the real issues involved. Why is it that every time India tries to enter into high-level dialogue which have the potential to change our nation and make the world a better place to live in that we have terrorist attacks. And notice how the international community keeps resolutely mum on the issue of Indian terrorism.
President George Bush never takes these attacks seriously yet all the while coaxing us to see the US plight in the face of terrorism. Notice also how the likes of Osama were in the payrolls of the US Intelligence before the latter turned rogue. What would be keeping Bush from stopping Pakistan-bred terrorists from attacking India? Why would he allow such a thing?
Firstly, Bush’s Intelligence agencies surely know what Pakistan is doing to us and secondly, Bush would like to see India destabilized for then there is no threat from us as an economy to ever challenge the US. Moreover, the US wants to keep Pakistan happy so that the latter controls al Qaeda and Taliban soldiers.
Lastly, these timely bomb-blasts will always bring the issue of terrorism to the forefront in any international meet. Real and long term issues which will make a real difference are dumped of necessity. If the Commonwealth cannot decide on literacy, poverty alleviation measures and internet penetration, then we as a group of nations will suffers the most.
As the US has its own axe to grind, the Pakistanis have their own agenda in seeing us remain poor. And to put the whole situation more precisely Pakistan being run by Arab colonial mercenaries is in hand in gloves with the US. India has to be derailed from her tracks to mega-development and there is no better way to force her to highlight terrorism always. The Commonwealth meeting in Uganda is now doomed.

These are your thoughts (similar to your previous ’thoughts’ on the Bangladeshi cyclone news article) not the commonwealths, kindly keep your own ’thoughts’ to yourself and do not mix these with professional journalism.
’the Pakistanis have their own agenda in seeing us remain poor’
quite strong - do you have proof of this besides blindly throwing out accusations, again professional journalism.
